video/Jeremih Arrest Imminent Over Beer-Throwing Incident at Fuddruckers

R&B star Jeremih is about to find out Fuddruckers can be way more expensive than he thought ... because his visit could now cost him thousands of bucks in legal fees, because he's about to get arrested.


TMZ broke the story ... Jeremih was at a Billings, MO Fuddruckers when he and his crew began hurling beer bottles after accusing management of being racist.

Cops in Billings tell us they've reviewed the surveillance video and have gone to prosecutors for an arrest warrant. The likely charges will be criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

The manager of the chain says Jeremih and his posse were hitting on a female employee, and when he asked them to back off they went nuts.
